The members of JAQS are the professionals with a lot of knowledge and experiences for the matters of construction economy. They have confidence of their customers, execute quantity survey of general constructions. At the same time, they have economical research studies with buildings & constructions, and as related activities, appraise and evaluate them. JAQS is the only association in Japan which coordinates domestic quantity surveyors.
